This website stores nothing on your device. At all.
celeros.online sets no cookies — not first-party, not third-party, not “strictly necessary”, not “essential”. It writes nothing to localStorage, nothing to sessionStorage and nothing to IndexedDB. It loads nothing from any other domain. You can verify every word of that yourself in under a minute, and section 4 shows you how.
1. Why there is no consent banner
Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC, as amended by 2009/136/EC), implemented in the Czech Republic by Section 89 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on electronic communications, requires consent before storing information on, or gaining access to information already stored on, a user’s terminal equipment.
That obligation is triggered by the act of storing or reading. We do neither. There is therefore nothing to ask you to consent to, and a consent banner would be a meaningless interruption — a dialogue asking permission for something that is not happening.
We think that is the honest way round. The common pattern is to deploy tracking first and then present a banner that makes refusal tedious. We removed the tracking instead. If that ever changes, this page is updated before the change goes live, and a lawful consent mechanism is put in place first.
2. What a cookie is, briefly
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store and send back on later requests. Cookies are how a site recognises a returning visitor. They are useful for keeping you logged in; they are also the foundation of cross-site advertising profiles. This site has no login and no advertising, so it needs neither.
3. The complete inventory

4. How to check this yourself
Do not take our word for it. Every modern browser ships with the tools to prove or disprove this claim in a minute.
Check for cookies and storage
- Open developer tools:
F12, orCtrl+Shift+Ion Windows and Linux, orCmd+Option+Ion a Mac. - In Chrome or Edge, open the Application tab. In Firefox, open Storage. In Safari, open Storage after enabling the Develop menu.
- Look under Cookies, Local Storage, Session Storage and IndexedDB for
celeros.online. Every one of them should be empty. - Reload the page a few times and navigate between pages. They should still be empty.
Check for third-party requests
- Open the Network tab in developer tools.
- Reload the page with the tab open.
- Look at the Domain column — add it from the column header menu if it is not shown. Every request should be to
celeros.onlineand nothing else. - Check the response headers of the document request. There should be no
Set-Cookieheader.
If you find anything that contradicts this page, that is a bug and a serious one. Please tell us at info@celeros.online and we will fix it and publish a correction.
5. What our one script does
The site loads a single JavaScript file, /js/links.js, which you are welcome to read — it is short and unminified. It does exactly two things: it copies campaign parameters that were already present in the address you arrived on (such as utm_source) onto the partner link, and it re-applies the sponsored nofollow noopener attributes so that the paid-link markup cannot be lost. It contacts no server, reads nothing from your device and writes nothing to it. The site works correctly with JavaScript disabled.
6. When you leave this site
This policy covers celeros.online only. If you follow a partner link or any other outbound link you arrive on someone else’s website, which will have its own cookie practices and will very probably set cookies and show you a consent banner of its own. We have no control over that and no visibility of it.
7. Blocking cookies generally
Nothing here requires it, but if you want to restrict cookies across the web, every browser offers controls under its privacy settings — Chrome and Edge under Privacy and security, Firefox under Privacy & Security, Safari under Privacy. Blocking cookies entirely will have no effect whatsoever on this site, because there is nothing to block.
8. Changes
If this site ever introduces a cookie or any form of client-side storage, this page will be rewritten before that happens, and a compliant consent mechanism will be in place first. The review date below records the last time this page was checked against the live site.
