Conditions of use

Terms of use

The conditions on which this website is made available to you.

These terms govern your use of celeros.online. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who operates this site

celeros.online is operated by DSP DŘEVO s.r.o., registered at Zrzavého 1705/2a, Řepy, 163 00 Praha 6, Czech Republic, company number 09568000, VAT number CZ09568000. Full identification is in the legal notice. Contact: info@celeros.online.

2. What the site is

celeros.online publishes editorial articles about video games. Access is free, no account is required, and nothing is sold to you on this site. No contract of sale is concluded here.

3. Permitted use

  • You may read, print and share the content for your own personal, non-commercial use.
  • You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the source page.
  • You may not reproduce the site, or a substantial part of it, in any medium without prior written permission.
  • You may not use automated means to overload, scrape at volume, probe or disrupt the service.
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the server, or to any part of the site not made publicly available.

4. Intellectual property

All text, layout, code and illustrations on this site are original works owned by DSP DŘEVO s.r.o. and protected by Czech and international copyright law. All illustrations are original SVG drawings created in-house for this site.

Third-party trademarks referred to on this site remain the property of their owners and are used for identification only. See section 6 of the legal notice.

5. Accuracy and no warranty

Content is published in good faith and for general information. Video games are live services and change frequently, sometimes without notice. We make no warranty that the content is complete, current or error-free. Where our information and the publisher’s own information diverge, the publisher’s own information prevails. Nothing on this site is advice on which you should rely without checking the publisher’s own sources.

6. Partner links and external sites

Some links on this site are partner links, labelled “Partner link”, from which we may earn a commission at no cost to you. See the advertising disclosure.

When you follow any outbound link you leave celeros.online. We do not control the destination and accept no responsibility for its content, availability, terms or data handling. Any transaction or account you enter into with a third party is between you and that third party alone.

7. Age and content

This site discusses video games with violent content and a wartime setting. The games themselves carry their own age ratings, set by their publishers and by the applicable ratings bodies, and you should observe those ratings. The site itself is editorial and contains no interactive or user-generated content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Czech law, DSP DŘEVO s.r.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from reliance on its content, nor for loss arising from the unavailability of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Privacy

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and collects no personal data from you beyond what the web server unavoidably records in order to serve a page. See the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the review date below. Material changes will be reflected in that date.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Czech law. The courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
