This policy explains what happens to data when you visit celeros.online. The short answer: we collect nothing about you ourselves. There is no cookie, no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party request of any kind. The only personal data processed is what a web server unavoidably writes to its own log in order to answer a request.

- Registered addressZrzavého 1705/2a, Řepy, 163 00 Praha 6, Czech Republic

- VAT numberCZ09568000

We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under Article 37 GDPR, because we do not carry out large-scale monitoring or process special-category data. Data-protection enquiries go to the address above and are handled by the responsible editor.
2. What we do not collect
- No cookies. Not first-party, not third-party, not “strictly necessary”. None are set.
- No local storage. No
localStorage, nosessionStorage, no IndexedDB, no cache storage used for identification. - No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Matomo, no self-hosted analytics, no server-side visit counting beyond raw logs.
- No advertising or conversion pixels. No Meta pixel, no Microsoft UET tag, no Google Ads tag, no affiliate tracking script.
- No fingerprinting. No canvas, font, audio or device enumeration.
- No third-party requests. No Google Fonts, no CDN, no remote images, no embedded video, no social widgets. Every asset is served from celeros.online.
- No forms. There is no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no comment section and no account. Nothing on this site asks you to type anything.
This is a design decision, not an oversight, and it is why there is no consent banner on this site. See the cookie policy, which tells you how to verify all of the above in your own browser in about a minute.
3. What is unavoidably processed: server logs
Like any web server, the server that hosts celeros.online writes a line to its access log each time it answers a request. We cannot serve a web page without this, and we are telling you about it rather than pretending it does not happen.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Data recorded | IP address, date and time of the request, the URL requested, the HTTP status returned, the number of bytes sent, the referring URL if your browser sent one, and the browser user-agent string |
| Purpose | Operating the site, diagnosing faults, and detecting and defending against attacks and abuse |
| Legal basis | Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in running a secure and functioning website. We have weighed this against your interests; the processing is minimal, is not used to identify or profile you, and is unavoidable for the service to work at all |
| Retention | Logs are rotated daily and retained for approximately 14 days, after which they are deleted automatically. Longer retention occurs only for a specific log entry kept as evidence of an attack, which is rare and time-limited |
| Use | Never used for analytics, audience measurement, profiling, advertising or any form of personalisation. Never combined with other data. Never sold, rented or shared for marketing |
4. If you email us
If you write to info@celeros.online, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to put in the message, for the sole purpose of answering you. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in replying to correspondence), or Article 6(1)(c) where we are answering a statutory request such as a data-subject request.
Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with the matter and any follow-up, and is then deleted. It is not added to any mailing list — we do not operate one.
5. Recipients and processors
We do not share personal data with anyone for marketing purposes, because we hold none that would be useful for it. The only parties who can technically access the server log are:
- the hosting provider operating the server infrastructure, acting as a processor under Article 28 GDPR;
- the email provider handling the
@celeros.onlinemailbox, likewise as a processor; - a public authority, where we are legally obliged to disclose something.
We will identify the current providers on request to info@celeros.online.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
The site is hosted on infrastructure within the European Union. We do not deliberately transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. Because the site loads nothing from third-party domains, visiting it does not cause your IP address to be sent to any provider outside the EEA.
If you follow a partner link you leave this site, and what happens then is governed by the destination’s own privacy policy, which may involve transfers we have no control over. See section 8.
7. Automated decision-making
There is none. We carry out no profiling and no automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
8. Partner links and what leaves our control
Some links on this site are partner links, clearly labelled “Partner link”. Following one takes you to a third-party website which will have its own privacy practices and will very likely set its own cookies and tracking. We have no control over that and cannot see it.
Our own redirect step (/c/1/) sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser. It forwards campaign parameters that were already present in the address you arrived on — for example a utm_source value or a click identifier appended by an ad platform — and creates no identifier of its own. If you arrived here without such parameters, none are added.
We receive no personal data back from partners. Commission reporting reaches us as aggregate totals that identify no individual.
9. Children
This site is not directed at children and we knowingly collect no data from anyone. As there is no form, no account and no cookie, there is no mechanism by which a child could submit personal data to us other than by sending an email.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time — although we rely on consent for nothing, because we ask for nothing.
To exercise any right, write to info@celeros.online. We respond within one month as required by Article 12(3) GDPR.
A practical limitation, stated honestly. We do not keep any identifier that would let us connect a server-log entry to you as a person. If you ask us for a copy of “your” data, we will generally be unable to isolate it, because we have nothing that links an IP address in a log file to your identity. That is a consequence of collecting as little as possible, and Article 11 GDPR recognises it: where a controller cannot identify a data subject, it is not obliged to acquire additional information in order to do so.
11. Complaints
If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you may complain to the Czech supervisory authority:
Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (Office for Personal Data Protection)
Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic
www.uoou.cz
You may also complain to the supervisory authority of your own EU country of residence.
12. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, with HTTP Strict Transport Security enabled. It is a static website: there is no database, no user account system and no form handler, which removes most of the attack surface by which personal data is usually lost.
13. Changes to this policy
If we ever change what we collect, this page is updated before the change takes effect and the review date below is amended. We would not introduce cookies or analytics without saying so here first and asking for consent where the law requires it.
